Development of new gold mine for 2013 mining season. Phase I infrastructure. Procurement, logistics and construction of 80 mile winter trail, 20 man camp, landing strip, heavy equipment and 50,000 gallon tank farm. Phase II Production. Scheduled to process 150,000 tons of ore.

Arctic ice road and pipeline construction project laying 14 miles 30" source water supply pipeline.

ConocoPhillips Built 19 well drill site with pipe racks, utility buildings and process facilities. 260 tons of heavy lifts and steel erection.BP - North Star Drilling Island Vapor Recovery Unit: Supervised the rigging and crane to lift one hundred tons of support structure and modules. Welded cantilevered supports on location at one hundred feet elevation and installed approximately three hundred feet of 16 inch SS piping with E&I controls, heat trace and insulation. Work required difficult lifting and rigging in continuous strong winds and arctic conditions. The support structure and piping was performed from hanging scaffolds above live process tanks which could not be shut down.N Pad Debottlenecking Project: Demolition and replacement of abandoned production header valves during live operation in an active oil gathering manifold module. Online welding of split tees and assisting TDW in hot tap activities.Milne Point: 8” and 6” produced water injection pipeline with facility tie-ins of Launcher and Receivers.Liberty Ultra Extended Reach Drilling Rig Project: Coordination of logistics for labor, material, equipment, office facilities, Civil work included new river crossing bridge and a new manmade production island. Drove pipe piles for bridge support. Z-piles piles were installed to divert water and reinforce the abutments. This eleven acre island had 2200 of feet of z-pile dock face and open cell with tiebacks. Drove 200 6” pipe piles and placed and erected 160 man camp. Hauled and compacted 600,000 yards of gravel for the island lift and extension. Coordination of logistics and labor for sealift and placement of the Liberty drilling rig modules on location at Endicott satellite drilling island built within close proximity of active drilling and well service work on a daily basis.
