Assists the Director of IT and Cybersecurity to plan, review, implement, and maintain all network and server systems architecture, technology and security strategy that supports the company’s mission and business objectivesAct on behalf of the Director of IT and Cybersecurity making technical and security related decisions that have a business wide impact when necessaryDevelop and maintain network and server systems architecture documentationDevelop, test, and maintains disaster recovery plans and procedures.Assist the Director of IT & Cybersecurity with development and maintenance of appropriate network and systems security policies and procedures, including but not limited to:Network authentication protocols, password policies, malware protection, IDS and IPS, EDR, ICS network protection and other security operationsManage the execution of incident response plans and procedures for all major security related eventsEnsure compliance of security controls are maintained as it relates to customer driven regulations and internal compliance standardsResearch and recommend new and emerging IT technologies and information security technologiesRecommend and develop vendor relationshipsInstall, upgrade, repair, configure, test, monitor, optimize and support;All LAN/WAN network hardware, including but not limited to: cabling, patch panels, switches, routers, wireless access points, and wireless bridges Respond to information security related incidents as senior escalation to the desktop support analystsProvide supervision to the Network & Systems Administrator I and direction to the Desktop Support Analyst group, including but not limited to; technical escalation as well as troubleshooting and diagnosing complex problems
