As a senior IT project manager, I served as the lead facilitator for Network Engineering Review Board (NERB) responsible for ensuring projects are completed on schedule and properly coordinated across stakeholder teams. I also led the development of IT lifecycle work products including Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA), Project Management Plan (PMP), Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Moreoever, I developed numerous IT acquisition deliverables including Performance Work Statements (PWS), Independent Cost Estimates (ICE) and Source Selection Plans (SSP) for telecom procurements. In addition, I managed telecom infrastructure build-outs including special construction, demarc extensions, and site requirements for remote government offices. I also developed Office of Management and Budget (OMB) 53 budget estimates for technology investments for voice, data, and video services including five year life-cycle cost estimates and FTE counts.

As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), I possess over twenty years of professional experience with managing a variety of projects in the areas of program management, enterprise information technology, financial analysis, technology transition, and acquisition management while overseeing project teams ranging from three to ten staff members. For the past eleven years, I have worked for Booz Allen Hamilton providing business strategy and technology consulting for a broad range of government clients including the Department of Navy (DON), General Services Administration (GSA), Veteran’s Affairs (VA), Defense Telecommunications Services of Washington (DTS-W), Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD), and Department of Treasury (DOT). In my various consulting roles, I consistently develop sound technical and financial solutions while providing high levels of support and availability. In addition, I possess experience in building and leading teams comprised of government and contractor staff. I consistently deliver high quality work products on time and within budget. I am also known for fostering a positive work environment and high team morale. In my client assignments, I have provided thought leadership in developing strategic plans, defining requirements, and conducting analysis in support of major Department of Defense (DOD) systems.

I played a key role in managing the back-office operations for Sonic Telecom, Ltd. which offers video conferencing and video bridging solutions. In this role, I managed top-tier global accounts to ensure that service level metrics were achieved. On a monthly basis, I presented operational performance reviews to clients showing the success rate of video calls, the status of open trouble tickets, and the progress of video hardware deployments. I also played a major role with managing billing operations, maintaining product-pricing tables, validating pro-forma invoices, and reconciling video bridging call records. I documented the requirements for the trouble ticket and customer care components of the system. I also assisted other team members with developing order-entry, provisioning, and billing requirements.
