In 2004 he authored a comprehensive automated preventative maintenance program to support the scheduling and tracking of ongoing preventive maintenance.David has worked with Boards and their counsel to discover and cure more than 48 million dollars in construction defects, including serving as expert witness in both deposition and trial. David has collaborated with the California Association of Community Managers and has provided consultative and classroom support for the continued education of property managers. Recipient of multiple awards and recognition for outstanding performance in energy efficiency and conservation. In 2004, David authored Disaster and Emergency Preparedness manuals in coordination with the San Diego Council of Community Clinics, now in service at more than a dozen clinics throughout the county.2013 On pace with the growing demand for electric vehicles, David designed and implemented the framework to suport electric vehicle charging in the verticle multi-dwelling unit (MDU) environment. The project, capable of supporting 20 EVs was built with scalability in mind and had its first vehicle "plugged in" on January 16th. The first of its kind in the region, the project is now the subject of SDG&E's principal case study involving EV charging for MDUs and has sparked interst from the U.S. Department of Energy.
