The Production and Quality Assurance Manager is primarily tasked with accurately and efficiently executing Work Orders prior to shipment, and ensuring all products released to distributors or dealers are accurate and presented in a professional manner. They are in charge of all aspects of the Production area and are encouraged to upgrade and maintain the highest standards of function, work flow and cleanliness within their area.-Core Responsibilities-Accurate Efficient Completion of Work Orders-Prioritize work orders based on optimal efficiency vs urgent needs of sales department-Create SOPs for all common work orders and training procedures for all department employees-Complete custom branding and custom image orders as required-Properly record raw and finished goods and ensure financial accounting is accurately recorded-Ensure Quality and Accuracy of all Outgoing Products-Perform outgoing quality control procedures for all unique part numbers prior to shipment-Work with Product Manager to obtain contents list and pictures for each product-Ensure all labels and barcodes are accurate and in human and barcode readable condition-Misc Responsibilities-Keep Department clean and efficient and follow procedures set forth within ICE-Ample time must be spent daily to keep area free of dust, debris clutter-Keep in condition suitable for visitors at all times-Ensure technicians within department are working to maximum efficiency and towards department goals -Perform performance reviews per company schedule for employees within Department-Key Performance Indicators-Work Order Items Executed-QA Accuracy Percentage (Accuracy of all items shipped)-Work Order Items In Queue (Hot and Regular)

They offering SAT, WestB, Praxxas and etc. The tests are shipping in, unboxed, handed out to there eager owners, then shipped back for grading.-Required Tasks-Leading Groups of 80 students each to testing room-in charge of 2-4 proctors and roaming proctors-Checking in all testers, inspecting calculators, and seating them quickly-Roaming the room to watch for suspicious behavior-Remove people for suspicious behavior and file incident reports-Receive all test material back in full-Counting, sorting, and organizing over 1 ,000 tests and shipping them to be graded

The other side was Winchline.com, where we manufactured synthetic ropes for off-road rock crawling trucks. Here I supervised three team members in our warehouse operation and followed our daily work schedule to keep it on track.
