Leading on all elements of SUFC’s business and high-performance rugby union program, including acquisition of corporate sponsorship and fundraising and managing all public relations for Australia’s highest profile rugby union club.

Responsible for the leadership and implementation of SUFC’s on-field rugby union program, key being developing and managing the 3-year strategic plan of squad list management, including talent identification, recruitment and retention, and high-performance physical preparation.This change in career was a purposeful move to lead an elite high-performance sporting organisation, with an opportunity to adapt and apply engineering experience in management and relationship building strengths.

Managed all aspects of project operations at the Australian distributors of Cofely Refrigeration GmbH, manufacturer of highly efficient magnetic bearing air and water-cooled chillers. Played a key role in the strategic planning of the future direction of the organisation, in addition to business development and contract/client relationship management.

Chubu Electric Power is Japan's third-largest electric power company in power generation capacity, electric energy sold, operating revenues, and total assets. Having a curiosity to explore new and challenging experiences led to an opportunity to compete professionally in rugby union in Japan. This was balanced with a role in Chubu Electric Power’s International Business Department leveraging my engineering experience and skills.
