Leader of the team providing support for BP field networks in the Gulf of Mexico for support facilities and drilling and production assets. Transformed the network service into a cohesive and collaborative team that used standardized processes and centralized network document management.One of the early areas of focus was tooling for monitoring and managing offshore facility networks and undersea fiber. Developed creative and cost effective solutions to increase visibility of the networks. Key results were increased performance knowledge allowing for better decisions and immediate notification of issues leading to decreased outage windows.
