I was responsible discussing immediate repayments and repayment plans for those who have fallen behind in vehicle payments through a high level of inbound and outbound telephone calls.I also on occasion had to make informed decisions on whether or not to carry out reposessions of vehicles or transferring debt to an outside agency. My role in this field was to set insurance plans for customers, and editing existing insurance policies. On occasion due to past history of experience in working in collections I would deal with customers who had fallen behind in insurance payments.

I was responsible for making a high level of inbound and outbound calls and setting payment arrangements for those who had fallen behind. I also had to deal with vulnerable customers and those in extreme financial difficulty. I worked within a small group of collectors in Belfast and was also responsible for logging complaints and allocating payments to.

Face to face and telphone customer service - making travel booking arrangements, cash handling, dealing with general customer queries and loading vehicles onto boats and boarding customers
