I was responsible discussing immediate repayments and repayment plans for those who have fallen behind in vehicle payments through a high level of inbound and outbound telephone calls.I also on occasion had to make informed decisions on whether or not to carry out reposessions of vehicles or transferring debt to an outside agency. I also discussed voluntary termination of vehicles with customers and help guide them through that process; as well as liaising daily with colleagues across the UK. Part of my role required me to discuss reduced payment plans for those who qualify for such; and will ensure payments are applied correctly to each account. It was also part of my role to identify vulnerable customers and deal with these cases in the right manor and working out payment plans at a greater reduced level than normal.I liaised with colleagues at Credit Solutions Ireland, Towerhall and Hillside if we require a visit to be made to a customer's home address to discuss arrears if I cannot reach them by phone.

My role in this field was to set insurance plans for customers, and editing existing insurance policies. On occasion due to past history of experience in working in collections I would deal with customers who had fallen behind in insurance payments.

I was responsible for making a high level of inbound and outbound calls and setting payment arrangements for those who had fallen behind. I also had to deal with vulnerable customers and those in extreme financial difficulty. I worked within a small group of collectors in Belfast and was also responsible for logging complaints and allocating payments to correct accounts.

Face to face and telphone customer service - making travel booking arrangements, cash handling, dealing with general customer queries and loading vehicles onto boats and boarding customers

Responsible for small group of staff (journalists and photographers) across Carrickfergus, Larne and Ballyclare. Researching stories, arranging photography bookings, and interviews with members of the public, and local community groups. I was also responsible for sports coverage across East Antrim but primarily Carrickfergus.I attented council meetings on a weekly basis and community forum meetings. I was also involved in the print and design of the newspaper and involved with the Carrickfergus Advertiser and Larne Gazette merging.
