Started towards the end of June after finishing my final year at University as a Technical Support Analyst, started the role within the Agile Development Team as providing technical support for the web front end of our Ad Server and other systems which included our reporting software (Microstrategy), this involved receiving the support issue from the user, creating a ticket and prioritising issues in order to get them resolved efficiently while being in constant contact with the user giving updates.As well as the support role I was also involved in updating device information in our SQL Server database as well as testing new releases to our systems, after I settled into the team I also became the lead for reporting, creating, developing, supporting & automating; reports, documents, graphs & interactive dashboards for web based users either within the company or our clients to retrieve required information. During which time I became Microstrategy certified in Advanced Reporting and Dynamic Dashboards.Once report development was completed I was then given the responsibilities of creating 'iCals', assisting the team by developing Rich Media Adverts (Adverts created using HTML, JavaScript & CSS), as well as Designing & Managing the Rich Media Advert Build Process to improve workflow.

Started work after my 2nd year at University for my year work Placement and was part of the Provider Information team mainly producing many different reports on a weekly/monthly & quarterly basis depending on the report and who it was for, many reports were for Managers, however some were for other colleagues within the Company who requested certain reports on an Ad Hoc basis. These reports were produced using MS Office in particular Excel this included querying the database to get the data needed and then analysing before producing the reports in MS Excel Tables/Graphs and occasionally more detailed as to why the data is showing what it is. As well as this I did some development using MS SQL Server, MS Access and MS Excel and linking these three products together to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the teams' data/reports. This included developing the tables & relationships to make the database have better structure so that the front end web based VB/ASP.Net system could connect to the data more effectively and from this I developed a spread sheet that once refreshed would pull all data from the table which would automatically refresh the report.
