➥ I’m an Operations and Shared Services leader delivering an entrepreneurial spirit that leverages deep business acumen, business analysis and analytics to solve complex challenges. I bring a passion for continuous learning and development, uncovering opportunities to build the business and develop new systems to drive efficiencies at every opportunity. ➥ In my current role as Vice President, Operations Shared Services, reporting directly to the COO, I lead a team of operations and finance professionals the oversee the financial modeling and forecasting of our Operations budget, variable staffing models, unit costs, and efficiency/ROI of our operating platform. I am also accountable for building out new analytical capabilities, new team capabilities, and establishing financial KPI's for the Operations & Shared Services division. As an Army Veteran, I also proudly co-lead the build out of the organizations Veteran DE&I community➥ A few examples of my capabilities:-Leader in creating a new operational strategy, operating platform, and staffing and digital capabilities mindset that resulted in 40+mm in efficiencies. -Implemented a new variable staffing model leveraging enhanced capacity models and new organizational processes that allows for more flexibility in production center staffing and creates more precision in our forecasting-M&A including due diligence, risk management, a conversions of business to new operating platforms of over 1+mm annuity and life insurance policies.-Built many high performing teams and processes across many disciplines within operations and technology.I’m always looking to grow my network and make new connections.
