I have developed a capability in practice and project management that has its basis in almost 30 years of experience across a significant portfolio of construction sectors, procurement methodologies and buildings types. I have worked within, developed and lead project teams. My current role requires me to provide a strategic overview of project delivery within the practice, to manage workflow, maintain standards, ensure client satisfaction, provide effective governance and ensure the continuity of the business.I have developed a significant skill set during my career at Bradshaw Gass & Hope LLP. I have been prolific in project work and exposed myself to opportunities and experiences that now enable me to provide advisory services to clients and leadership to the practice that ensures the success of the business.An extensive portfolio of clients and projects at Bradshaw Gass & Hope LLP has provided opportunity to gain wide ranging sector experience with projects in the residential, healthcare, sport and leisure, education, industrial, office, culture, refurbishment, restoration, listed, conservation, emergency services and retail sectors. I have gained conceptual design, technical delivery and management experience and am able to apply this experience to aid project delivery and provide client advisory services.

As an architectural assistant at Bradshaw Gass & Hope, exposure to experienced and dedicated professional personel was guaranteed. The experience initially focused on understanding the basic principles of construction detailing, drafting and contract documentation. As my experience developed contract administration duties were introduced, and working closely with an exceptional Associate Architect, David Cheetham, my understanding of adminstrative procedures, contract, site construction and relationship building increased.The project portfolio of work was prolific and the sector experience extensive, it inlcuded; healthcare, commercial, industrial, education, emergency services, residential and conservation on both new build and refurbishment/alteration/extension.The multi-discipline environment of Bradshaw Gass & Hope also developed my understanding of the needs and requirements of other consultants in the design team which enabled me to understand and develop documentation that answered the questions clients, contractors and consultants want answering.
