I am in charge of ski school operations which includes but is not limited to: designing and implementing training programs for new and returning instructors, hiring and firing all instructors from season to season, negotiating pay-rates, raises, incentives, etc., booking and scheduling lessons daily, facilitating teaching programs for local schools, churches, and other adult and youth groups.
