Over the past 2 decades David Hansel and his partners built out two successful real estate investment business', Lucern Capital Partners and Alpha Funding Partners. These companies invest in real estate equity through the ownership and management of multifamily housing and debt through providing short term bridge loans to other real estate investors respectively. David Hansel and his partners have always been focused on investing back in the employees, operations and technology to improve all aspects of the business. Many of these changes have come from the internal team but also feedback and interactions with investors, borrowers, and third-party service providers which we have spent many years building strong and valued relationships with. We work in a dynamic and fast-paced industry where the right systems and relationships are crucial to capitalize on opportunities. This is something that helps guide us through all the company’s efforts and has been a pillar of our ongoing success. We are thankful for all our business relationships and especially to our loyal institutional and diverse accredited retail investor base of over 200 high net worth investors and growing, many of whom have been with us for the better part of a decade.
