This shared real estate inventory system acts much like the well known MLS system except for the fact that the Property Source platform is for NON-AGENT and is FREE to join and use. Users can post properties for sale for FREE and buyers can make REA-TIME offers on any property using our built in contracting tool which will allow the buyer and seller to complete the contract DIGITALLY. Once the seller accepts the offer (digital contract) the entire deal is POSTED to the TITLE COMPANY using a direct intigration with the title companies CRM/ ORDER system. Once the title agent starts to process the title work, the platform posts the title activity REAL TIME to the buyer and seller playform account to keep them up to date on the closing activity.
