Hi there, I am a born and bred Kiwi, however it was on my OE in Europe that I gained my first experience in the building trade as a hammer hand in Germany. Back in New Zealand I completed my building apprenticeship under the guidance of my father. I ran my own building company for a number of years and also gained experience working for larger companies in a Project Management role.I have worked for Antares Restaurant Group (AKA Burger King) since 2016. My Role involves:- Designing stores while working within brand guidelines.- Work with Architects and councils to gain Resource Consent and Building Consent.- Obtain tenders from construction companies.- Ensure work is carried out on time and on budget.- Organize day to day maintenance the repairs.
