Safety program development and implementation, identify and categorize Contracting Companies’ risk levels for facility, Loss Prevention, Behavior-Based Safety systems, incident investigation, program audits, and lead Contractor Safety Forum. Supervise, develop, and manage other Safety Professionals in program assessment. Train key site management in program auditing / facility inspection and documentation procedures. Manage all new contractor personnel at client facility for up to 4500 field craft personnel. SME in multiple areas of safety and health management including Mentor program, Behavior-based Safety, hazard recognition, and mitigation plan development. Proficient at conducting hazard evaluations on a variety of complex jobs, document findings, and recommend appropriate controls. Conduct and evaluate root cause analysis investigations, assist with corrective action solutions, and evaluate action plan for effectiveness. Instrumental in creating a positive and effective safety culture. TRIR at facility was 0.28 in 2011 and then 0.11 in 2012. Recognized as Behavior-Based Safety Champion, 2010 and 2011.
