Owner’s Representative, Land Development Consulting and Project Management Services to private clients and partners seeking assistance in the land development and entitlement process successfully managing projects in multiple State’s; including, but not limited to: Virginia, Georgia, South Carolina, Florida and Texas. Efforts included particular attention to the transportation/land planning, annexation and re-zoning processes as well as the management of the design and construction phases of the projects. Prepared and/or coordinated Land Development Project Master Plans, Feasibility Studies, and Development Budgets and presented the results along with an action plan to the Owners and/or Partnerships.

Established Mathieu International, LLC in March of 2004 to provide Land Development Consulting and Project Management Services to private clients seeking assistance in the land development and entitlement process successfully managing projects in three (3) Northern Virginia and two (2) West Virginia counties. From 2004 to 2008 Mathieu International, LLC was instrumental in the management and coordination of Planning, Design and Development for approximately 2,500 residential lots and the Planning of over 500,000 square feet of commercial space on projects from Loudoun County, Virginia north to Berkeley County, West Virginia. Assisted in the successfully negotiation of contracts partnering property owners with land developers and national homebuilders. Managed the planning, design and entitlement processes for Planned Development Projects in Northern Virginia and West Virginia. Efforts included particular attention to the transportation/land planning, annexation and re-zoning processes as well as the management of the design and construction phases of the projects. Prepared and/or coordinated Land Development Project Feasibility Studies and presented the results along with an action plan to the partnerships.

Instrumental in the creation and development of Daston Corporation’s Engineering Construction Services. Engineering Construction Services provided Engineering, Land Development, Construction and Land Conservation Consulting Services to Private and Public sector clients through out the Mid-Atlantic Region. Starting in March of 2010 Daston Corporation’s Engineering Construction Services managed the Land Conservation Easement process for private clients seeking to place permanent conservation easements on over 1,000 acres of land throughout Virginia. Daston Corporation’s Engineering Construction Services was instrumental in assisting private clients seeking to place their real property under permanent conservation easement. Daston Corporation’s Engineering Construction Services managed all aspects of the easement process from the establishment of the baseline conditions report of the property, to coordinating of the various consultants, coordination with Commonwealth of Virginia agencies, all the way to the liquidation of the Tax Credits. From June 2010 to December 2010 Daston Corporation’s Engineering Construction Services managed the construction of the Red Hill Farm Stream Mitigation Bank, in Lucketts, Virginia, including the project management and reporting for the bank’s riparian re-forestation effort. The riparian re-forestation effort included the planting of over 60,000 plants and shrubs, installation of over 11,000 linear feet of fencing and almost 2 acres of stream bank repairs and stabilization. Additionally, Daston Corporation’s Engineering Construction Services provided on going Land Development/Transportation Planning and Preliminary Design Services as well as Value Engineering Services to private sector clients in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area.

of Planning Bowman Consulting Group is a full service Engineering and Surveying firm dedicated to providing superior civil engineering, landscape architecture and environmental engineering services public and private sector clients in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area. As the Assistant Director of Planning the specific focus was on Preliminary Design Engineering, Land and Transportation Planning and Project Management. Preliminary Design Engineering includes assistance with selection of development sites, layout of infrastructure; including roads, utilities, building envelopes, sediment and erosion controls, Storm Water Management and Best management Practices. Responsibilities included but where not limited to managing a team of Land Planners and Landscape Architects preparing Land Development Feasibility Studies, Transportation Planning and Design Studies, Illustrations and Reports for presentation at Public Hearings. Additional responsibilities include preliminary construction cost estimating and value engineering.

Started as an entry level engineer and was elevated through the ranks to Senior Project Manager. By 1995 was managing a full design team of three (3) civil engineers and four (4) CADD Technicians and drafters. Worked on and managed the civil engineering process for numerous Planned Residential Communities and Commercial Site Planning design projects in Northern Virginia.
