served as the project leader and product manager for the CCTV World Cup AI Horintal to Vertical Project, leading the algorithm team, AV team, and desktop development team. It took several months to complete the project development. We successfully achieved the world's first AI Horintal to Vertical for vertical screen broadcasting based on horizontal live signals, providing an innovative viewing experience for the World Cup event.

1. As a product manager, led the team to develop the core product "CloudAtlas Weather Program Production and Broadcast System", which has been successfully launched and used by more than 20 weather bureaus, helping the company take the first step from agency products to self-developed products. 2. As a project leader, introduced and promoted the launch of the company's CRM system. Through real-time presentation of customer needs and problems, effectively promoted communication and iteration with the R&D team, and established a CRM system connecting technology, products, R&D and business. 3. Explored and designed the application scheme of news clue mining of meteorological data, which won the third prize in the meteorological industry innovation competition. Through data mining technology, it provides valuable clue analysis and discovery for news reports. 4. As a project leader, conducted the research work of two video automatic production systems in Israel. Through the research and analysis of these systems, obtained the international leading video automatic production scheme. 5. As a communication leader, participated in the localization introduction of the WolfTech media workflow system. In this process, actively coordinated communication to ensure the smooth introduction of the system and adapt to local needs. 6. Participated in NAB exhibitions in the United States for many times, investigated industry products, and actively understood and tracked the cutting-edge technology and trend of the industry.
