I am also well versed with interstate Courts and Tribunals.I have significant experience in acting for Owners Corporations with respect to the recovery of fees, resolving property disputes, repairs, noise/nuisance complaints, and providing general advice and interpretation of the Owners Corporation Act 2006 and other related legislation.I adopt a pragmatic approach to litigation and ensure that I provide my clients with clear and quality advice.
