I am an experienced sales leader, focused in role today on creating and leading cross-functional teams to provide industry-based solutions which help our customers deliver on their most critical business objectives. By connecting marketing and sales with industry veterans and subject matter expertise, I help Emerson provide complex solutions which integrate the best of our traditional valve, instrument, and controls portfolio with our latest capabilities in data aggregation, machine-learning analytics, and network services.Throughout my career I have been blessed by the advice "True success is to succeed for yourself and those around you." As a regional manager I supported and strengthened a team of nine direct reports, and as an individual contributor I excelled as a sales person while collaborating to improve the organization through advisory boards and as a leader of cross-business-unit teams in project pursuits. As an Area Sales Director I get to do a little bit of everything managerial (forecasting business, managing direct reports, connecting our Business Unit's key objectives to the field...), but I am most passionate coordinating teams and harnessing our Emerson complexity on behalf of industries and the customers who define them.
