Assisting and managing the Tennis TV CRM including management of stakeholder and ATP Tour member credentials. - Managing Tennis TV’s customer service communications including monitoring customer queries on Tennis TV’s social media channels.

Approaching media titles in order to gain key coverage for tennis tournament participants through online portals including The Media Eye and Gorkana and the organisation of press conferences - Scheduling and hosting player and media interviews and events - Writing event proposals ahead of media campaigns - Manual media tracking and post event evaluation, sourcing media titles for relevant campaigns and using press coverage for brand and talent promotion. - Proactively reaching out to brands and targeted talent in order to expose Henman communications to potential new clientele and contract signings
