WMS Inventory Controller working with Microlistics WMS. My role was responsible for all Inventory Management functions utilising Microlistics WMS and ERP system SAGE. Ensuring all cycle count programs stock takes etc are carried out as per Company Policy. Supervising staff for Stocktake and Cycle Counting. Directing staff for processing customer returns and inventory adjustments. Slotting of inventory, WMS system maintenance and implementing improvement initiatives. Investigate and resolve any RF or WMS issues. Training of users on Inventory & Replenishment aspects of Microlistics WMS functions and process throughout the Warehouse. Ensuring all staff are efficient in all process's and ensure the team works together to deliver the required targets, results and improvements as directed.

Moorabbin Airport

Responsible for all Inventory Management within the National DC whilst developing and improving the process's for optimising productivity and cost savings using Manhattan Scale as the WMS. Responsible for all areas of WMS Operations and Training along with WMS modification implementations and upgrades. Company Super User for Manhattan Scale working with the IT department to deliver on all projects.

Responsible for the receiving,pick,pack and distribution to stores for a 12 month period during which a major Supply Chain restructure and new WMS implementation project began.

Managing the pick,pack and distribution to customers using a mixture of in house fleet and contract vehicles to deliver the best possible service. Developed a great team culture with improved delivery capabilities and performance output. Ensured the team worked with the other departments which resulted in much improved customer satisfaction. Managed the purchasing and inventory function for Vic/Tas/Sa SA DC's and branches.Excellent forecasting performance for ensuring the right stock in the right place at the right time.Developing improved process for implementing new major contracts and ensuring continuous ongoing supply to customers. Seamless relocation of the Distribution Centre along with various branches. Slotting of items within DC and branches to improve productivity.Implementation of wireless RF technology into the DC and targeting reduction of obsolete stocks.

Plastic & Rubber raw material importer where I Managed the 3PL process for cartage,storage and distribution nationally (more than 1000 containers imported yearly). Successfully developed long term mutually beneficial contracts with transport providers and 3PL's ensuring win win for all.
