The rationalisation and design of business process across a geographical diverse company. Having defined the process, it required the design and delivery of training to project managers and supervisors on the process and the tools developed to assist them in their roles. The toolset included a data warehouse drawing complex financial information from the corporate ERP and presenting this in a easy to understand format for project teams.

High River

Operating in a complex political environment and acting as both Senior Project Manager and a Chief of Staff for the > $65M project, the role included the delivery of property remediation and demolition to over 500 properties. It also included the design / implementation of a GIS data tracking system. The role required continuous interaction & management of multiple government agencies, emergency response teams, contractors, politicians and media.

Calgary

Designing and delivering leadership training from development of the strategy and competencies required through to the design and delivery of the training. The strategy included the assessment of leadership potential for individuals.Leveraging the on prior years of technical expertise, the role included the development of the existing LMS system and the integration with corporate ERP systems.

Medicine Hat

Providing the management, development and implementation for a series of state of the art, live, virtual and constructive simulations in support of training. It required the alignment of diverse training objectives to meet strategic corporate goals and included the development & implementation of a competency based LMS / Risk Management system.
