    I am a Senior Technical Sales Representaive in the International Paints Commercial Marine division based in Auckland. Key Account Management and the pursuit of new business is paramount to me.My primary role is to provide excellent service and technical advice to all of my clients. This is done through providing paint specifications and cost related benefits on specific product lines and systems for maintenance and repair dry dockings and new buildings.Once the job is secured my role changes to onsite technical advice during the docking procedure. During the docking I complete coating inspections and recordings of applied coatings on a daily basis until completion. An important part of my role during the docking procedure is to ensure that any changes to the original scope of work discussed with the vessel manager is documented in a revised specification to ensure that the supply of extra products to site is not going to delay the vessel undocking. At the completition of the docking I supply the customer with a detailed docking report that includes observations, pictorial references, atmospheric conditions, coating inspections and exemptions. To ensure that clients needs are meet there are a number of internal aspects of my role that require attention:1) Forecasting material requirements to production and supply chain2) Installing correct pricing for invoicing3) Return of unused material into the warehouse4) Liaise with customer services team the order requirement and required time frames for deliveries to site.There are also a number of internal responsibilties that i have to comply with on a regular basis:1) Sales reporting on a monthly basis2) Completion of internal Health & Safety reports - monthly3) Onsite risk assessments4) Enure company issue PPE gear is within certifcation date
