Position, develop, promote and defend the marination and cured meats (MCM) product portfolio. Position the product line to address customer needs in current and future targeted markets while increasing market share and overall sales to said customers. Identify the greatest customer needs that can be properly addressed by the JBT MCM segment. Develop the MCM product line and marketing materials, specify and develop new products, services and software to meet customer demands and needs. Promote the MCM product portfolio through sales, marketing and innovative services and technology. Work with all facets of JBT including but not limited to JBT Customer Care, engineering, product management and iOPS leadership to properly position the full product and service offering for the portfolio. Responsible for growing global new equipment market, actively engaging with key stakeholders to strengthen the global JBT portfolio and to improve JBT competitive positions in North America, EMEA, South America and Asia.
