-Defining BI objectives by gathering business/client reporting requirements, documenting procedures in a precise and concise manner.-Managing the implementation, design and execution of business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Sage Enterprise Intelligence, Excel and SQL based reporting.-Managing various customer portals that involve information such as point of sale, store inventory levels, cost changes and new item listings.-Leading the presentation of business intelligence and reporting tools when onboarding new clients.-Training other team members and company employees on running various reporting and data automation tools through documentations and on-hand practice.-Leading multiple team members through various internal and external reporting projects which involve data warehousing, complex SQL query writing, ETL processes, dashboard designing in Tableau and VBA application through Excel.-Liaising with various internal departments and external clients to support existing reporting issues, making sure any reporting issues are handled and resolved in a timely manner.-Making recommendations on how to improve reporting processes by automating reports as efficiently as possible.-Presenting data insights to senior management and external clients to identify business/operation/data gaps and KPIs in order to drive ongoing business success.

-Creating various weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly business analysis reports for senior executives within the company but also acting as the reporting lead for clients and brokers.-Creating customer point-of-sale data reporting and automating reporting procedures for brokers and clients while providing insightful information on sales and market trends.-lead for MEI promotion management system, responsible for interface design/implementation, data mapping, automation (import, export) and transferring processes between ERP and applications.-Implementing/Handling/leading various internal and client reporting needs such as sales reports, various order reports, inventory reports and other KPI reports.-Maintaining various reporting tools and act as the technical expert when questions and data issues arise.-Advanced technical working knowledge in MS SQL Server, Tableau, VBA (Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook), Microsoft Query through ODBC, VBScript, JavaScript, ASP.NET, VB.NET, HTML, XML and other Microsoft office applications such as PowerPoint, Visio and Word.-Performing any ad-hoc reporting through different customer portals and applications from client requests.

-Tracking call and sales (Auto and Property) data for all channels such as Call Centre, Retail, E-Business and Marketing.-Organizing data by creating reports in Microsoft Excel, Access, and various internal web database tools. -Analyzing marketing campaigns, quote ratio and closing ratio by comparing monthly performance results of current year with previous year. -Creating and analyzing agent performance data such as total login time, talking time and not-ready time to ensure sufficient staffing to support sales calls. Report findings to call centre and retail managers.-Leading a group of 30 Call Centre agents and Supervisors to develop call and sales tracking for short term marketing campaigns. Studying campaign sales results for the short term projects.-Recognizing loss of sales by identifying trends such as low sales calls from ineffective marketing campaigns, call-flow disconnects, disqualified consumers and low closing ratio. -Call flow redesign and agent performance management.

-Tracking penetration results for Home Phone, Television, Internet and Mobility for the new housing areas in Ontario and Quebec (including condominiums and single dwelling units).-Creating, developing and managing marketing scorecards to keep track of competitive marketing offers, penetration results by address by product line and rate of churn.-Extracting marketing information from internal web database tools by means of ad-hoc analysis.-Identifying penetration results and trends by studying demographic variables, offers from competitions and their activities.-Acting as a lead in the on-going liaison with the IT group to develop web-based database tools to store penetration data for new construction areas (condominiums and single dwelling units). -Documenting and presenting the design of the web tools and its functionalities such as the ability to query by address, date and product line.
