I’m Dave Healey from Nutrien Boulton’sA bit of background into myself.Over the past several years I’ve owned and operated a content marketing business and seeing the opportunity to use my skill sets in this space have made the move into real estate marketing.Here I hope to use my expertise in videography and photography to help savvy vendors get the most out of their real estate sale, whether it be their family home or investment property.Prior to 2014 I spent several years in corporate roles within the mining and education industries; leading up spend categories and at one time had over $500 million of spend directly under my management.I also hold a bachelor of business management and Master of Business Administration (International Trade).Growing up in the bush I find myself very content to be living in Walcha NSW, where I hope I may assist property owners across the New England and Northern Tablelands moved their investment, whether it be their family home in Walcha, Tamworth or Armidale or large scale farming property.If you feel like talking please drop me a line!

The role develops and implements category based sourcing strategies. Further the role implements sourcing strategies through analysis, internal and external colaboration / coordination, project management and negotiation of complex, high value strategic sourcing projects in order to achieve long-term mutually beneficial relationships with critical suppliers and to drive innovative supply solutions that deliver major, sustainable cost savings.Key Challenges:Promoting strategic sourcing on the basis of overall benefit to the business;Migrating strategic sourcing to new locations;Achieving alignment for a broad cross section of stakeholdersImplementing change;Changing established market practices / conditions.

Maintain strategic plans for mining and site services and continually measure progress against strategic plan. Manage commercial requirements within mining and site servicesProcure goods and services to meet the demands of the asset.Engage functional leadership in support of recommended strategies and provide insightful market intelligence for the ming and site services categories. Facilitate strategic sourcing efforts as required.Facilitate Supplier Relationship Management meetings between contractors and operationsDevelop strong, performance-driven relationships and execute contract negotiation strategies with suppliers. Assure global compliance with MMG Supply policies, procedures and statutory requirements.Drive commercial contracting excellence by managing risk effectively and increasing operational efficiencies through optimisation of contracting services.Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key contractors and suppliers to ensure best service, commercial terms, surety of supply and optimal leverage across all projects.Perform internal/external benchmarking activities to achieve performance improvement (contract structure, incentive schemes, contractor management etc.) as well as develop and implement KPIs in contracts to ensure benchmark performance from contractors (create and maintain supplier profiles). Maintain awareness of mining, maintenance and supply operation activities ensuring that the contracts team is working closely with operations and other functions to ensure contracting processes are implemented in timely fashion to meet business requirements.
