I deliver all aspects of the Air Traffic Control Service at London Luton Airport. I am responsible for the safety of 18 million passengers per year whilst maintaining a compliant and highly efficient operation. I have line management responsibility for all ATC staff and accountabilty for a multi milllion pound turn over.

General Manager Business Improvement (secondment)I lead business efficiency and improvement activity across the entire NATS portfolio of airports by integrating new technologies into existing operations in order to improve safety, capacity and efficiency.I lead industrial relations in support of excellent relationships with a number of Trade Unions in order to ensure a flexible and efficient workforce with appropriate working practices is deployed for each contractI provide technical solutions and commercial expertise to major bidsI manage tactical and strategic manpower supply and demand through the organisation by ensuring each operational unit is correctly structured with an optimal supply of licensed, non licensed and managerial postsI manage the strategic supply of licensed staff from one to five years against an optimised business plan and appropriate commercial arrangements are put into place and maintained for the supply of staff and ATCO training.

Cardiff, Mod St Athan, Mod Aberporth, Mod Hebrides

I deliver Air Traffic Control and Engineering Services across six sites under three separate contracts. I have line management responsibility for over fifty staff and a multi million pound annual turnover.Air Traffic and Engineering Services are delivered on behalf of Cardiff Airport, St Athan Airport and NATS Enroute Ltd. I provide Range Air Traffic Control Services at four QinetiQ air weapon ranges in the UK.I have wide knowledge of the regulatory framework in the UK both Civil and Military and operate at the highest levels of both CAA and MAA.My commercial experience includes contract management and negotiation with UK Airport companies, major defence contractors and the MOD.In addition to my day to day role I deliver high level IR negotiations on behalf of NATS and am responsible for coordinating runway safety improvement throughout the organisation.
