Role:• Creation and delivery of end 2 end architectural designs and solutions to support UK Managed Services, including customer approvals, requirements mapping, business processes, primarily focusing on ESN (Emergency Services Network) and deliver to the Infrastructure Implementation teams.Responsibilities:• Creation and management of requirements to comply with contractual, user, business, security, polices and standards for the customer deliverables.• Identify and engage with all business stakeholders and teams to deliver solutions both technical and non-technical.• Ensure designs takes onboard the concept of security in depth by design.• Creating and re-using architectural and solution building blocks to align with the Programme design Principles and Managed service provided by business.• Creation of staged or stepped implementation of technology from the baseline to the target architecture.• Produce and present business cases and cost models to the executive committee. • Investigate and support new and strategic emerging technologies or thinking for the business and their customers.• Performing supplier, application and technology gap analysis to identify products suitable for a solution design or service.• Impact assess change both from the business and technology perspective.• Producing technical specifications to our customers and suppliers in order to support new and existing services that are being delivered by the business.• Support workshops and present solutions both internally and externally.• Identifying business impacts, issues and risks.
