After more than 14 years of experience in business development, portfolio management, and 12 years of investments I started to focus on delivering value-added projects and solutions to my clients in the Hungarian commercial real estate market.In our portfolio, there are development plots, industrial parks, hotels, and other commercial real estates for rent and sale.

• Responsible for the business development and strategy of Egis’ three affiliates: Brazil, China and Vietnam.• Working closely with the General Managers of the affiliates.• Licensing out the own developed finished dosage forms of Egis.• Opening doors to new business, defining regulatory and commercial strategies with partners, negotiating contractual commercial terms, drawing up and finalising contracts. • Maintaining business based on product sales and new business opportunities.• Participating in global conference: CPHI Shanghai (2015)

Highlight:• Employee of the year in 2012.Main responsibilities:• Establishing, developing and maintaining Teva’s business developement strategy for products aim at the hospital, ophthalmological, and vitamin and mineral sectors.• Cooperating daily with Teva’s developers, manufacturers, other internal departments and licence partners.• Arranging the commercial and regulatory discussion for new products (working out licence product draft agreements). • Coordinating communications between multiple departments so that packaging issues (including layouts and leaflets) are resolved on time.• Writing and submitting price submissions.• Removing „tail” products from the market and withdrawing marketing authorisations with regulatory affairs.• Preparing and introducing market analysis, return on investment calculations, and decision making presentations for Teva’s business development director.• Participating in the arrangement of site transfers, company acquisitions, mergers, as well as joint venture.
