About David Hendrickson

Based in the company’s Chicago, Illinois office, Senior Managing Director, David (“Dave”) Hendrickson is responsible for securing financing for owners and developers of all commercial real estate classes in the United States. Mr. Hendrickson brings 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, structuring equity, mezzanine, and debt financing for all major property types including office, multifamily, retail, industrial, healthcare, and condominiums. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Hendrickson was a Managing Director within the Midwest Real Estate Investment Banking Group at JLL, where he oversaw the Chicago Finance group. In his career Mr. Hendrickson has closed more than $20 billion in debt, equity, acquisition, and investment sales transactions in over 30 states across the country. Mr. Hendrickson was ranked the #1 JLL Real Estate Investment Banking Producer in 2014 and has been named among the JLL Real Estate Investment Banking Top Producers every year since the inaugural award in 2011. Mr. Hendrickson was previously a Director at CBRE and acted as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President for PM Realty Group Investment Services, LLC.Mr. Hendrickson holds a Bachelor of Administration in finance from Iowa State University.
