For over 6.5 years, I have been leading the commercial division of McKenzie Ross Insurance Brokers, an independently Australian owned and operated company that provides innovative and tailored insurance solutions to corporate, mid-sized, and growing businesses across diverse industries. I am responsible for driving our vision and strategy, influencing top and bottom line results, and achieving the organisation's long-term objectives.As a Director, I leverage my credentials in general insurance and maritime and logistics management, as well as my competencies in manufacturing process improvement, business relationship management, and financial risk management, to guide, build, and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including insurers and key clients. I also provide technical placement advice to internal staff within the commercial broking division, and handle complex risk profiles and claims for existing clients. I am passionate about identifying vulnerabilities, reducing exposures, and challenging the status quo in the industrial sector, where I have extensive experience and expertise.
