Adapts actual training delivery and implementation to meet individual needs as determined within scope of authority.• Monitors program effectiveness on an ongoing basis and keeps Training and Development Manager apprised of status. Provides input in training schedules and planning. Provides feedback on classroom trends and trainee’s performance. Analyzes restaurant performance data and identifies performance gaps. Provides honest, actionable feedback to promote continuous performance improvement. Conducts field classroom training and educates operations personnel on performance management, development and training, restaurant operations, business management, and interpreting company policies and procedures. Partners in the implementation and follow-up execution of policies, programs, and processes. Provides effective facilitation services and coaches others on facilitation; conducts training programs and workshops as necessary. Addresses Company restaurant field employee relations matters to increase team and employee engagement; performs employee relations investigations that require the ability to problem solve and probe for core issues.
