Communication/Program Specialist for the Office of Social Services (Eligibility Operations) supporting the development and implementation of a Leadership Academy for regional agencies in Texas.Also content manager for the Eligibility Operations Leadership Academy (EOLA) SharePoint site and E-Mentoring SharePoint site.Primary duties include:Assisting the Chancellor and Program Manager of the Eligibility Operations Leadership Academy (EOLA) and staff with various day-to-day tasks including:• Maintaining and updating the EOLA SharePoint Site• Creating and updating communications both for Access and Eligibility Services (AES) staff and EOLA participants• Identifying needs and utilizing new software for specific projects such as presentation development and video capture• Creating EOLA training materials such as manual covers, activity materials, infographics and PowerPoint presentationsAssisted various project teams including:• Editing and reorganizing AES' Hiring Specialist Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) Manual for New Hires• Updating content for the Hiring Specialist SharePoint Site• Working with AES' eMentoring Project Team on reevaluating the project's goals and providing edits for the eMentoring SharePoint site's content

As a GA for the M.A. in Technical Communication (MATC) Graduate Program at Texas State University, I have the privilege of serving as the assistant for the Director of the MATC, as well as connecting with our students and alumni. My daily tasks are administrative in nature, but also include special research projects for the Director, as well as web design and content management of our MATC website.
