Despite being exposed to the ins and outs of the tech industry my entire life (Thanks, Dad!), I have only just recently started my career. Understanding the industry from the unique perspective of growing up alongside it, I aim to always be in a position where I am constantly learning. I have earned my CompTIA Security+ certification, but opportunities have a way of taking you in unexpected directions; I have since taken part in ten months of internship in Product! I am excited to see where this addition to my skillset takes me next.Previously, I was a classically-trained musician. From a well-practiced ability to self-analyze and self-improve, to the ability to think abstractly and connect seemingly distant ideas, the experience I have from that training and education has informed my perspective in innumerable ways. In addition to that background, I have worked multiple facets of the food and retail industries as well as having worked as a musician in a private non-profit organization in a position of leadership.
