Head of North American Surety. Responsible for a $400 Million plus surety operation including field operations, strategic planning, marketing, underwriting supervision and talent development.

Under minimal supervision, was responsible for various complex and high impact duties within the section of home office underwriting function of large surety accounts. Provided expert consultation and guidance to field underwriters.

Responsible for the operations of first USI Northeast and subsequently USI MidAtlantic Surety Departments. This included: budgeting, staff management, market development and program development.Developed, implemented and executed a strategic marketing plan with 30% growth.Responsible for the implementation of national surety programs. Member of the both the USI Northeast and MidAtlantic leadership councils. These councils oversaw the development and growth of the whole organization, 75 plus employees in each case. This included management of employee development programs.
