I am a self driven leader focused on my passion for developing and manufacturing drug products aimed at solving some of the world's most complex diseases and ailments for patients who have no other solutions.I have multi-site experiences in Leadership, Risk Management, and Drug Product manufacturing process design. I graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.S in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering prior to pursuing a M.S in Chemical Engineering. My career in industry has focused on pharmaceutical manufacturing process engineering and design, client relationships, as well as project and team management activities. Throughout my experiences I have always strived to be a leader and self-starter, own my responsibilities and work, and mentor and develop my peers as well as manage those I am responsible for effectively. My primary skills focus on APS and DP program buildout, process and filter validation, personnel development and mentorship, public speaking and visual communication, QRM, client and business management, and various other Downstream and Fill Finish principles.
