Installed and tested network frames and cables connection boxes to end-user. Identified and implemented Cost Reduction and Cost Avoidance (CR/CA) savings programs through detailed installation and factory data analysis reducing the overall installation interval by 45% on all Optical Products.Administered training to installation ensuring smooth transition during program implementation. Tracked, trended and implemented programs to correct job interrupts, delays, and defects on a continuing basis to determine areas requiring Root Cause Analysis and corrective action(s).Ship and received material for customer orders and stock.Responsible for all billing of sales orders and location expenses.
