David Hiscock is an Application Maintenance Service Delivery Manager with over 30 years’ experience in the areas of management, business analysis, and systems analysis, with expertise in the fields of Health, Government and Consulting.Throughout his career, David has rapidly progressed from Programmer to Director. Six years of his recent experience has been as a Service Delivery Manager in a long-term Application Management Service (AMS) and Application Development Services (ADS) with government ministries. David has been an ISO 9001 internal auditor for CGI. The knowledge gained in this role has not only benefited CGI, but also has been applied to all work in which he participates. His recent technical experience includes data provisioning into a Business Intelligence Environment utilizing Erwin, Extract Translate Load (ETL), SQL and MS Office products. David has exceptional communication skills and has dealt with both operational level users and senior management throughout his career. David’s leadership abilities, hard work and attention to detail make him a strong asset.
