About David Le
A common thread throughout most of my life is a passion for building inclusive and supportive communities. Throughout my career, I've had the pleasure to bring this passion to fields such as research, disability services, student engagement, community outreach, as well as workplace culture. As a leader in higher education and in community outreach, my goal is to create intentional spaces where people feel a sense of belonging and can feel comfortable being themselves. My second related passion is workflow optimization. If a computer can do it better and faster and with less errors, I say, we let the computer do it. Strategically leveraging technologies frees up our time to do the important community and relational work that a computer can't do. Throughout my career, I've used technology to increase operational efficiency such as coding a staff scheduling system, automating reports, developing interactive training documents and more.
Listed skills include Event Planning, Research, Data Analysis, Public Speaking, and 30 others.
