Ensured correct stock levels were maintained within onboard storerooms throughout a very busy operational deployment. Also enabled prompt rectification of operational defects through the identification and ordering of high priority stores and identifying the most effective supply chain option for delivery maintaining a flexible and adaptable approach at all times to react to short notice programme changes. Planned and organised all logistical aspects of de-storing the ship for going into refit and subsequently re-storing post refit.

Employed as Stores Office Manager with the responsibility for ensuring all accounting action was completed correctly. Maintained the Supply Chain database to ensure stock records and storeroom locations were accurate. Deputised for the Supply Chain Manager for all Supply Chain issues during his absence. Ensured sub-ordinates were correctly trained to enable them to carry out their duties, roles and responsibilities. Lead the receipt and despatch team in accepting and promptly processing deliveries from other supply chain organisations and ensured the efficient separation and issue of stores to relevant departments took place. Planned and implemented the de-store of all storerooms and organised the long term storage of all stores for the ship to go into a refit period. Planned and implemented the re-store of all storerooms for the ship coming out of refit.
