Designed and manufactured prototype equipment to interface with existing 777x production machinery. Organized meetings with EH&S and operators during prototype development to define safety, ergonomic, cost, and operation compatibility design constraints. Presented report-out to Production Engineering senior managers and executives overviewing status and future implementation to address $320,000 of value loss in 3 years.
