Manage the transition of new or existing restaurants by setting up their Payroll services, converting their previous financial statements into the RSI accounting system and act as a main point of contact with the client until they have successfully integrated into RSI.Responsible for 40 plus clients who are provided weekly services such as Payroll, Accounts Payable, Financial preparation and review.Perform complex balance sheet reconciliations and prepare and enter correcting entries.Book accruals, expense allocations and perform General Ledger account analysis as part of year end procedures.Involved in the parallel testing of a new Payroll and Accounting system, reporting all findings to the Director of New Systems Development. Leadership skills proven through growth within the company.Member of the Wellness Committee
