I was employed originally as the Head of Sport for 3 sites, including the Football school. Following the restructure the School was expanded to incorporate Hospitality and Tourism.

Responsible for the delivery of the Personal Trainer qualification. Subjects included principles of training, fitness development, nutrition and circuit training.

Responsible for the day to day operations for the Boston Bulldogs (Mens D3 League), Boston Renegades (Womens) and Cape Cod Crusaders (Mens) and state wide coaching programmes. This included liaison with National League, local authorities and government officials. Highlight of the post was hosting the Brazil Alumni (Socrates, Dunga et al) touring side in a end of season friendly.

Responsibilities included the development of commercial sport practices, organisation and development of the sports courses and increased Community access.Major success was the organisation of the Canterbury Jazz youth Basketball club, the first National League based youth programme in Kent. This team has now developed into the Medway Crusaders Basketball team.
