As Founder/COO of Hott Solutions Corp my role is to collect the most talented individuals providing software/hardware services to our clients and customers. Currently 5 people strong with skills ranging from Hardware acquisitions, Project Management, Report writing to help desk support, Hott Solutions can assist any organization large or small reach their goals.With both C level experience as well as best practice project management, Hott Solutions is poised to provide insight into the needs of both executive level requirements as well as the operational experience to blend the overall needs of an organization together. Bridging the gap between these levels allows Hott Solutions to deliver rounded solutions to your organization.

As CIO at Legacy Partners I am responsible for managing a team of up to 30 employees, working in diverse areas of Information Technology. These areas include Application, Network, PC, Business intelligence support teams. Work closely with operational groups to provide project management from inception to delivery. Utilize cutting edge technology to deliver efficiencies to the organization allowing Legacy to operate with fewer resources by utilizing tools and system that deliver results at a fraction of the cost.

As CIO and Financial Controller, I was responsible for the ongoing operations of their IT department as well as the operational account team. My responsibilities included audit and compliance requirements, daily operations, and overall reporting to both internal and external parties. As the financial controller during Essex Properties filing, I was responsible for filing Essex Properties S11 when going public.

During my tenure at System Specialists, Inc., I was responsible for the operation of their application, PMAS’s help desk, and moved from there into the Marketing Department. My responsibilities included client sales meeting, lead generation, user conferences and training. Worked closely with clients to preform project management and implementation of the product PMAS nationally. Worked closely with our partner (IBM) providing product demonstrations to perspective clients across the United States.
