I have been working for Neighbourly for 2 years, specifically within Community Management. I have been developing relationships with charities across the UK and organizing in-person and remote volunteering for corporate clients. During this time, I have been involved in organizing large-scale volunteering projects for companies like Hays Recruitment and B&Q. Neighbourly are a founding UK B-Corp whose giving platform provides business' with the opportunity to make a difference in their local communities through volunteering, surplus products, grants and financial donations. Within Neighbourly I have been able to strengthen my business acumen, while making a difference. My two years of experience have led me to be able to transfer my skills of building relationships, organising, and communicating successfully to a new role within Sales Development.
