Direct responsibility for Marketing, Field-sales, Tele-sales, Customer Service, Purchasing and Technical functions

Originally joined the business as a buyer when Iceland had 90 shops and then enjoyed rapid growth to 780 stores and a group turnover of £1.8 billion. Assumed full P&L accountability for strategic management of the total range of fresh and frozen food, generating sales of £800m p/a
