At Avsant, we create multimedia technology environments that are intuitive, reliable, and solely based upon what the customer wants. This includes but is not limited to phone systems, IT networking, classroom technology, conference rooms, video conferencing, and digital signage. My job is to oversee the day-to-day technicians, installation, project management, and sales engineering; anything that has to do with service and design.First, we ask our clients what problem they’re experiencing and what they’re trying to solve. From there, we help them pick the right equipment for the job.I like to think of myself as the type of person that is more passive than aggressive, and this bleeds over into our company philosophy. We want to legitimately focus on the customer, not the upsell. We simply want to give them the correct solution.What is most important to me is creating partnerships with people. To me, it builds a friendship and allows us to have conversations that go beyond the transactional. I enjoy catching up with what’s going on in their personal lives as well as sharing what’s happening in mine. Having a background in IT has really helped Avsant and our customers with AV, because they're really merging into the same world.
