I carried out a 4 week work placement with this organisation as part of my Course with Cavan Institute. While working here I worked with older people in a nursing home. I assisted service-users with their personal needs such as washing, dressing and feeding. I also took part in Activity's of living.

- Greeting customers who enter the shop, and assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.- Being involved in stock control and management, and stocking shelves with merchandise.- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.- Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.- Responsible for security within the store and being on the look out for shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc.- Printing price tags on the computer

My main Role was working in the office as an Office Admin taken phone calls. Example service calls and sales calls. I would be showing people around the show room to sell Caterine equipment. Working with people from different parts of the industry. • Answering phones and taking service calls• Used TAS accounts software and filing• Sending Invoices by post• Updating Website using Dreamweaver and Photoshop• Selling new and second hand catering equipment and showing customers around showroom

Set up of bar for daily service. Serving of food and alcohol to guests.cash and reports at close.stock handling.Cash handling and Till Management Flexibility, ability to work through different departments when needed. Some days I would work as a Lounge Boy and be Bartender at the same time.

My role here was service customers Drinks on the floor as a Lounge boy. I also stocked the bar. I also did glass collecting at big events in the Convensation Centre. I also have good Customer service from this role.
