All components are inspected using standard measuring equipment and a co-ordinate measuring machine with PC-DMIS V41 software system. ISIR and PSW reports are undertaken when required.

Carried out 1st off and final inspection of precision machined components for industries such as Automotive (McLaren, Lotus, Fords, Volvo), Pharmaceutical (VG Scientific), Military and Aircraft (BAE, Thales). All components are inspected using standard measuring equipment and co-ordinate measuring machines with METROLOG and GEOPAK software systems. ISIR and PSW reports are untaken when required.

Responsible for the day to day running, short and long term quality planning for both manufacturing and assembly divisions of International Tobacco Machinery (UK). I am responsible for the introduction and implementation of new control systems within the factory and have now created on-going historical data, which all departments can utilise. Part of my quality control function is to carry out periodic statistical analysis of suppliers. I have a hands-on practical approach to shop floor, machine shop problem solving, and design input. Computer literate on Word, Excel and the engineering system Redthorne.

Responsible for the day-to-day running of the quality department in an ISO 9001 Company. We manufactured precision indexing units and cams for a highly accurate and specialised worldwide market, with linear and rotary repeatability to within +/- 0.013mm.On a number of occasions I have represented the company overseas. I am qualified internal auditor, auditing the quality management system regularly. I am responsible for the maintenance and running of three ISO9001 procedures.
